The Client:

Carpetright – is a leading floor covering and bed provider, operating in four European territories; the UK, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland and Belgium. Carpetright trade from over 300 shops and concessions in the UK as well as 120 retail stores across Holland, Belgium, and the Republic of Ireland.

The Project:

Having completed two new concept trial stores for Carpetright it was time to put all the learnings and the client-led developments to the test with a complete store refit. Torquay, UK was the chosen location and what a showroom for their products it has turned out to be. The 2-floor unit has ceiling to floor windows allowing for an abundance of natural light, combined with the new flooring and the innovative displays, the store is a real credit to everyone who worked on the project.

For our part in the development, FATHOM designed, manufactured, and installed all in the hard flooring equipment and product sampling as well as the rug area.

This included:
• Illuminated wall displays.
• Rug Displays.
• Luxury Vinyl Tile displays (LVT).
• Laminate / real wood Wall units.
• Play tables with integrated pc units and screens.
• Mid Floor ‘Take away today units’ for Laminate, Wood and LVT.
