Belgian flooring giant Associated Weavers has called upon the flooring sampling manufacturing skills of FATHOM to respond to the challenge of producing over 4,000 sample boards for its premium Invictus luxury vinyl flooring brand.
With sets made up of 40 double sided product boards, each has been transformed into an eye-catching flooring design showcase by the talented team. Given the breadth of choice, every décor also required its own distinctive lay, including traditional brick and complex multi-SKU herringbones formats. Also included amoung the boards were a range of full 4-colour printed room visuals to add additional interest and inspiration to the new look point-of-sale.
Upon completion, all 4,000 boards went through FATHOM’s stringent quality control measures, with each required to pass a 15-point quality control check.
The creativity of our Woodmill Division also played an important role, coming up with a robust method to manufacture and present individual scotia and grouting strips on the accessories boards.
